Abstract: With the purpose to obtain reliable values of movement parameters of objects with an unplaned surface by an interference microwave method on the basis of three-probes measuring devices neural network technologies were used. On the base of this method the series of the real experiments were run. Quadratic detectors descriptions were provided by using calibration with the developed neuron network mathematical model. Application of interference method of the microwave measuring in combination with neural network technologies allowed to determine the displacement parameters of controlled object with high exactness.
