Abstract: The aspects of determination of cost of real estate objects with usage of tutoring stochastic relaxation modified algorithm have been developed. This method of identification of cost of real estate object has been introduced in information analytical system «REMA». The verification of obtained results with usage of neural artificial nets has been accomplished.
