Abstract: In the article the methodology of construction of matrix models of motion of the architecture of computer systems is given. The offered principles of construction of computer networks with deep paralleling of information streams on the basis of two-dimensional and three-dimensional matrix models of data motion solve an actual scientific and technical problem of methodology of calculation of efficiency of data motion in such systems.
