Abstract: The formalized description of photo-electric digitizers of moving of scale-matrix coding, also the classification, synthesis of their generalized block-modular hierarchical structures by the generalized methods of coding and reading, the analysis of the common properties of generated subsets of private structures are given. The stated theory allows to solve tasks of the analysis, synthesis and optimization of private structures and contains techniques of the arranged exhaustive search and synthesis of set of alternative variants of structures.
