Abstract: System software complex of applied programs development tools for reconfigurable computer systems is discussed in the paper. System software complex consists of programming language translators, environment of applied circuit solutions development and synthesis, tools for remote access to basic modules computational resources and a number of utility programs. Complex of applied programs development tools allows to simplify development of applied programs for reconfigurable computer systems on the base of FPGAs and decrease time of applied software development.
