Abstract: The approach to design of the control of dynamics of non-stationary object is considered. The synthesis of system is carried out on the basis of organization principles of complex systems. The algorithm of the control of a situation and development of the managing decisions is constructed with use of the structured of knowledge base and mathematical modeling methods on multiprocessor computing technology.
