Abstract: The problem of increase of reliability of acceptance of the decisions on a safety of ship operation in an extreme situation is discussed. The control and forecast of development of a situation is realized on the basis of fuzzy knowledge system. The modeling is carried out with use of a the functional action method The special attention is inverted on ship behavior at periodic deterioration stability on waves.
