Abstract: With the purpose to obtain the reliable values of parameters of moving objects with an non-planar surface by an interference microwave method on the basis of three-probes measuring devices the neural network technologies were used. On the base of this method the series of the real experiments were put. Quadratic detectors descriptions were provided by using calibration with the developed neuron network mathematical model. Application of interference method of the microwave measuring in combination with neural network technologies allowed to determine the displacement of controlled object parameters with high exactness.
