Abstract: The model and algorithm of definition of the centre of weights of the image which allowing to find the inertia moments centeric images of any order are offered. That allowing increases speed of step-by-step parallel accumulation method, that is important geoinformation-power system of management of streams of transport. This model and algorithm with use of recognition of images behind signs, work is provided in real time, and can be used for development and introduction of nanotehnologicheskih opto-electronic highefficient elements and devices and their subsequent integration in the general structure of the systems and intelligence systems a computer, laser and opto-electronic systems and artificial intelligence systems.
