Abstract: The paper devoted to the digital signal processing methods research by smoothing filters. General properties of line smoothing filters were examined in the Fourier domain and in the spatial domain. Generally, characteristics reservation of the quasilinear signals and quasiplanar signals we attended. The theorems about reservation of the quasilinear signal proximity to the linear function and quasiplanar signal proximity to the plane function were proved. The upper bounds of the differences between linear function inclination coefficient estimations to the abscissa axes before and after the smoothing filter action were resulted.
