Abstract: The model of intellectual synergetic management of dynamic process is constructed. The model has the following properties: weak requirements to formalism, a consideration of resources and variability of criteria, low sensitivity to aprioristic completeness of the description, high ability to adaptation in the changing environment, account of real competence of the managing agent. These properties become deciding in management of medical and social and alive systems behavior.
