Abstract: In the given work the reflection is built multiplicands of appearances on multiplied material numbers from interval [0,1], which allows to formalize notion of quality of process of stabilization of the system of management. Setting definite intervals for the values of scalar criterion, can judge about that, as far as large initial signals in the system for the definite classes of signals on its entrance. If as to consider these signals external revolting actions, that decline motions of object from controlled one, quality of process of stabilization will be the higher, than stronger they are repressed by the system.
