Abstract: Taking into consideration specific peculiarities, problems of personal management are reduced to multicriteria problem of estimation in fuzzy environment. Here is suggested method permitting evaluation and ranging estimation objects in personal management task on the basis of fuzzy relation model of knowledge representation, allowing to consider fuzziness and qualitative character, inequivalent and hierarchic nature of criteria characterizing evaluating object and linguistic uncertainties of linguistic nature, connected with expert knowledge formalization.
