Abstract: Questions of a decision support system forming are considered, which is used for sales management in competitive conditions of the market. The main attention is devoted validation research of rules for confirmation of decision support algorithms adequacy. The researches have shown rules validation and have allowed to analyze system recommended decisions. The example of decision support system usage based on the real enterprise data is proposed.
