Abstract: In the article the problem of development of the knowledge base is considered at designing of expert systems. It is offered to use computer model as the tool of formalizing of knowledge of the expert alternative to dialogue. Possibility of usage of the knowledge base constructed thus as a basis for development of an intellectual intelligence system is shown.
