Abstract: Questions of methodology of the designing of intelligent control systems of sea dynamic objects in terms of un-authenticity of data on control object and conditions of its functioning are considered. The reasons of incompleteness knowledge appearance are discussed. Evolution of control systems is analyzed in a direction of compensation influence of inaccuracy and uncertainty of the information on quality of control process. For the problem decision it is offered to raise degree of intellectuality system at the counting of application of the effective information technology, which developed within the frame of a modern artificial intelligence. In a quality of formalism, which considered inaccuracy and uncertainty, the concept of fuzzy set is chosen. The methodology of designing of the intelligence control systems is offered.
