Abstract: In article realization of system of the fast notification of members society about arising emergency situations is offered. Realization of similar system in due time will allow to reveal local (local accidents) and global threats (type pandemy) as to separate members of a society and a society as a whole. Timely and trustworthy information will allow essentially to cut down expenses of society for liquidation of consequences local and global threats. Besides the system allows to enter a line of the new services making life of members of a society more comfortable.
