Abstract: In the article some aspects of “nervous activity” of intellectual systems and robots constructed on the base receptor-effector of neural-like growing networks are considered. The possibility of development of highintelligent of systems and robots based on the unconditioned reflexes, incorporated in the system under its development and conditioned reflexes acquired in its functioning to be trained, to gain such knowledge, to analyze and to use them in synthesis of new knowledge is shown.
