Abstract: It proposed a three-level characterization of intelligence: the carrier material - informational basis - intellectual abilities. The system of qualitative and quantitative elemental constituents of each level. Characteristics of natural, artificial or hybrid intelligence gives enables comparison and tasks of shaping, selection and improvement of mental abilities of the carrier.
