Abstract: In the article the methods of increase of efficiency of the information-control systems are examined due to diminishing of such negative phenomena, as admission of event (not discovery) and false alarm. The mathematical model of estimation of false alarm is offered for the increase of exactness and authenticity of information necessary to the crew for a decision-making in first moments of origin of flight near-accidents.
