Abstract: Information technology creation for dactyl alphabet identification of Ukrainian sign language is investigated. Information technology is based on an analysis of informative features proposed for recognition. Recognition technology included the requirements of sign demonstration of people with different sizes hands and at different focal lengths.

Keywords: informationtechnology, identification,dactyl alphabet,signlanguage.
