Abstract: The conception of the development of rapidity and expanding the volume of computers memory is considered in the paper. It is shown that these possibilities can be theoretically limited only by the sizes of the works layers forming of computers memory in achieving frequencies, wave lengths and other variables of Plank’s level. The quantitative evaluation of these possibilities is substantiated.
