Abstract: The analysis tools work with the European Qualifications Framework, developed a structural model of intellectual system of information and support cognitive functioning national qualifications framework. Application of the above model and functional requirements for the system being developed will develop prototype deterministic knowledge of object-oriented logical intellectual system for mapping and comparing the results of studies in Ukraine and the European Union.
