Abstract: In this article parallel-hierarchical transformation method based on popular coding and its using for images recognition tasks are considered. Some postulats has been researched for parallel-hierarchical network learning methods creation using the idea of popular coding in the artificial neural network. The learning mathematical models and also combine learning method for statical and dynamical images recognition have been created. Theoretical information and experimental researching are presented.
