Abstract: In the article the maximum potential accuracy of photo-electric digitizers of movings on the basis of sine-cosine of raster interpolators at constructive-technological restrictions is discussed. The models the functions of transmissions of raster matching with the axial located source of radiation and of sine-cosine transformer with the four-phase and the circular read system are offered allowing to consider joint action of principal causes of errors and to provide accuracy achievement at expanded constructive-technological tolerances. The technique of synthesis are offered to provide the sinusoidal form of function of transmission and to provide the minimization of influence of a variation of clearance between rasters upon amplitude of the basic harmonic of function of transmission allowing to consider at the analysis of errors the elementary obturation matching of rasters.
